Action Log
The Action Log (SCACTL) inquiry allows you to see a history of logged actions. Actions can be logged for users (that is, all actions particular users perform are logged) or actions can be logged for Security Resources (that is, where every action performed on particular resources is logged). If you want to search for a specific logged action, then navigate to the Action Log Search page.
Field InformationField Information
Each log entry stores:
User ID - The user that performed the action.
Resource ID - The Security Resource on which the action was performed.
Action Date - The date and time on which the action was performed.
Result - The outcome of the action (that is, indicates whether the action was successful or if it failed).
Action - The action that was performed.

The following row-level actions are available on the Action Log page:
User Information - Transitions you to the User Information page for the User ID associated with the selected record.
Resource Information - Transitions you to the Application Resources page the Resource ID associated with the selected record.
