The User Maintenance transaction has the following tabs. Field information is only provided for fields not already defined on one of the previous reference pages.
Captures all of the identification information for the user, such as the unique User ID, which is used throughout the Advantage application, along with the user's name, email address, phone number and location information.

The Header tab of UDOC transaction includes the following Related Action:
Populate from Existing User – An action to bring in existing information for the User ID entered.
Captures the security role assignments for the user. For existing users, one can add additional security roles or remove currently assigned security roles.
The Security Roles tab of the UDOC transaction includes the following Related Actions:
Remove – Sets the transaction to delete the association of security role and user. The actual removal will occur when processed to final.
Undo Remove – Removes the setting for the transaction to delete the association.
Captures the business role assignments for the user. For existing users, additional business roles can be added or currently assigned business roles can be removed. Additional information on the fields on this tab are found in the “User to Business Role Association” topic in the CGI Advantage Business Role User Guide.
The Business Roles tab of the UDOC transaction includes the following Related Actions:
Remove – Sets the transaction to delete the association of business role and user. The actual removal will occur when processed to final.
Undo Remove – Removes the setting for the transaction to delete the association.
