Active User Sessions

The Active User Sessions (ACTVUSR) page allows authorized users to see a list of all active users within Advantage.

The authorized users, typically an administrator, can monitor the list of active users filtered based on User ID, Login Timestamp, and Business Role on the ACTVUSR page.

The Active User Sessions page will show a user when they log in to the application and delete the user from the page when they log off from the application or when their session expires.

User details include User ID, First Name, Last Name, Login Timestamp, and Business Role Name. Please note that the Business Role reflects the role that the user is currently using. This information can help to provide an indication on the types of activities the user is currently performing.

User ID

A picklist field that helps the user to filter the records based on User ID.

From Timestamp

To Timestamp

Picklist fields that help the user to filter the records based on the Login Timestamp.

Note: Both fields should be used together and From Timestamp must be prior to To Timestamp.

Business Role

A picklist field that helps the user to filter the records based on Business Role ID, Business Role Name, and Business Role description.

First Name

This field indicates the First Name of the user.

Last Name

This field indicates the Last Name of the user.

Business Role Name

This field indicates the Active Business Role Name of the user.
