Samantha
Samantha is a generative AI virtual assistant designed to provide quick and intuitive access to Advantage documentation. With Samantha, you can ask direct questions and receive relevant, user-specific answers based on your application access.
Samantha has been trained on Advantage documentation. Samantha is available to Advantage Cloud customers. In a future Feature Set, Samantha will be updated to support site specific documentation (for example, policies, procedures, job aides, and so forth) and a subscription will be required to use Samantha with site specific documentation.
To access Samantha, simply click the Samantha icon in the lower right corner of the Advantage application page. Samantha delivers tailored guidance, ensuring that users only receive information related to the Advantage modules they have access to. For example, if a user only has access to Advantage Financial, Samantha will provide responses exclusively from Advantage Financial documentation.
Note: Samantha is disabled by default. Refer to the “AI Transparency and Governance Dashboard” and “ERP Application Parameters” topics in this guide for additional details on the parameters related to this feature.
