Searching the Help System

To search the help system:

1. Select the Search icon (magnifying glass) in the top right corner to expand the search box.

2. Enter your search criteria in the search field and then press Enter.  Result: The topic(s) in which your search criteria appear are listed beneath the search field. You can put search words in quotes to find an exact combination of words.  For example, "Access Keys" will only list topics that include "Access Keys" exactly as you typed it inside of the quotes. However, if you enter Access Keys without quotes the search will list all topics that include Access and/or include the word Keys. The Search field also uses predictive text to assist you with entering search criteria. 

3. Select a topic from the search result. The search word(s) will be highlighted in yellow in the topic file. You can remove the highlights by selecting the Highlight icon in the right panel. 

4. Return to the search result to choose a different topic from the search results.

5. To enter a new search, type over the word or phrase in your original search.
