Procurement Card Administration Query

The Procurement Card Administration Query (PCCQ) page provides users with an intuitive interface to search for Procurement Card Administration (PCC) transactions. Users can search by entering either a PCard ID or transaction-specific information, and the system displays a list of matching transactions each with a direct link for quick access. Refer to the “PCC Transaction Type” topic for more information on the PCC transaction.

The PCCQ page can be accessed in two ways:

• Directly from Global Search.

• Via the Procurement Card User Information (PRCUI) table. When accessed this way, the page auto-filters to display all PCC transactions related to the selected record’s PCard ID; streamlining workflow and improving efficiency.
