Procurement Location

The Procurement Location (PLOC) page allows users to establish physical locations specifically for the PCard Master table by using a new Location Type value of Site. Each address is assigned a unique Location Code. A Department Code and Contact Name can also be specified for each PLOC record.

Configuration Point:

• A contact must be added to the Contact (CNTAC) page before the Contact can be selected from the Contact Code field on the PLOC page.
