Capital Bond Status Reference

Capital Bond Status Reference (CBSC) defines various bond status values applied in the Capital Bond Status data. It plays a critical role in maintaining consistency and accuracy in bond-related records. All fields are required, and once a record is saved, no modifications are allowed to a capital bond status reference record.

Capital Bond Status

Capital Bond Status (CBSU) defines the appropriate Bond Status for accounting lines. This determination is made after the system performs a roll-up of all Chart of Accounts (COA) elements, specifically Fund Class, Department, Appropriation Unit, and Function on the accounting line.

Capital Bond Sale

Capital Bond Sale (CAPBS) captures key information related to bond sales and is used to manage the availability and status of bond proceeds. It displays the actual bond sale date, which is reflected as the Deposit Date and Date of Record on the cash receipt transaction. Data on this page indicates whether a bond sale is currently open, allowing proceeds to be applied to a Function code or closed; in that case, no further collections are allowed.
