The Open Activity & Budget Roll (OABR) chain is the third of three chain jobs used in the maintenance of that open activity. The OABR takes the activity in the old budget fiscal year forward into the next year with a transaction modification, while also reverting and carrying forward budget authority to cover the rolled accounting activity. |
