  • Detail – Each accounting line reimbursed is a separate accounting line on the generated transaction. The Reimbursement History inquiry will have the Reimbursed Transaction fields completed.

  • Summary - Similar chart of account distributions are consolidated into a single accounting line. The Reimbursement History inquiry will not have the Reimbursed Transaction fields completed.

The required FHWA Object Class for the FHWA output file.

Recipient ID

The required identification for your State on the FHWA output file. This ID is either a State FIPS code or the Federal Lands Cost Center code.

Payment Date

A required date of expected payment for the FHWA output file.

Federal Activity

The required Federal Activity code for the FHWA output file.

Liability Insurance Event Type

An optional event type (AR52 or similar) is used for posting Liability insurance fees on Receivable (RE) and Cash Receipt (CR) transactions generated by the Reimbursement Output process.

Infer BFY from Source

IET Budget FY

These two parameters control the Budget FY values on the generated Internal Exchange Transactions. Infer BFY from Source controls whether the Budget FY found on the item being reimbursed should be carried forward to the Exchange Details section of the generated Internal Exchange Transaction. When this happens, the expenditure reimbursement or revenue is recorded in the same Budget FY as the item being reimbursed. The option should only be used when the IET Budget FY parameter is left blank, meaning that no specific Budget FY is placed on any location of the Internal Exchange Transaction so that a year defaults. When that parameter is not blank, that Budget FY is used for both parties.
