The Revenue tab stores default accounts that apply by Fiscal Year to Accounts Receivable functionality. Sub account fields are always optional, even if the primary account is required by other system configuration.

The liability account used to record the collected payment for a deposit or other form of pre-payment before goods and services have been provided. |

The liability account used to record the collected payment for goods and services provided but the criteria for the revenue being earned has not yet been met. |
