Fixed Asset Catalog Summary

The Fixed Asset Catalog Summary (FACS) inquiry page provides a summarized view of Fixed Asset Components in terms of units and value.  Data is loaded through the Fixed Asset Catalog Summarization process which runs periodically or on demand to build summary lines as well as list individual components based on setup on the Summary Catalog setup on the Fixed Asset Catalog reference page and records on the Fixed Asset Component Registry that are still on hand (not disposed).

The process builds a Grand Total line using a special catalog value of GrandTot. Please note that this value should not be set up as an actual Fixed Asset Catalog.
