AI Transparency and Governance Dashboard

The AI Transparency and Governance (AITRGN) page serves as the central control center for enabling and governing AI-powered features within the system. Administrators use this page to manage feature flags that determine which AI capabilities are available to users. The AITRGN page supports consistent governance, transparency, and control across all AI features delivered within Advantage.

To use an AI feature listed on this page you need to enable the feature by selecting the Enable flag.

The details of each AI feature can be viewed by selecting the View action from the grid-level menu. In the detailed view you can find information related to the AI transparency principals, AI capabilities, metadata, governance policies, AI models, data handling details, and so forth.

Feature Configuration Grid

The following table describes the primary feature flags available in the AI Transparency and Governance configuration grid.

Feature Name

Description

ADV_SAMANTHA_DOC

This flag controls the Documentation (Q&A) mode, allowing Samantha to provide quick and intuitive access to Advantage documentation using natural language. By default, the flag is set as inactive.

ADV_SAMANTHA_AGENTS

Controls whether Agent mode is enabled within the Samantha chatbot. When turned ON, Samantha gains Agentic AI capabilities, allowing users to interact with task-based agents for transactional workflows. By default, the flag is set as inactive.

Implementation Considerations:

  • Application Launcher Visibility: The Samantha icon is visible in the application launcher if either ADV_SAMANTHA_DOC or ADV_SAMANTHA_AGENTS is enabled.

  • Agent Mode Behavior: Enabling ADV_SAMANTHA_AGENTS allows Samantha to support agent-based interactions, including intent interpretation, guided conversations, and secure interaction with Advantage application services.

  • Post-Enablement Configuration: After enabling ADV_SAMANTHA_AGENTS, additional setup is required on the Samantha Agents (SAMAGT) page to activate individual agents and associate them with business roles.
