Costing Seller Line Inference 2

The Costing Seller Line Inference 2 (CSLI2) page defines a Seller ID inference based on Department, Usage Type, Cost Bucket ID, and Program combination. This is the inference needed when ‘what’ service is provided is the determinate instead of ‘who’ is providing the service, which is the Costing Seller Line Inference 1 page. However, when only a single choice of ‘what’ is needed for a department, a wildcard value of ALL can be the Program.
