Shipping Location
The following fields are conditionally required based on site specific setup on the Transaction Control (DCTRL) table:
Transaction name
The following fields are conditionally required if a record is inserted on the tab:

phone Number
Issuing Warehouse
Issued Date
Delivery Date
Receiving Warehouse
