Active Master Agreements

The Active Master Agreement (ACTVMA) page is intended to be a widget placed on a buyer’s home page so buyers can quickly search for unexpired agreements. Active/Unexpired Master Agreements are displayed 20 at a time for research. Results are filtered based on the Home Department for the current user being one of the Allowable Departments for an agreement. Results are listed in descending order based on the Modified On date.

• The Active Master Agreement (ACTVMA) now comes with additional capabilities where buyers can select and designate the most recently updated version of an active Master Agreement (MA) by making the Transaction ID as Tertiary from Configure Page (DESIGNER). Through the three-dot menu, Related Pages by clicking on the navigation link SHOP associated with MA, the buyer is transitioned to the Shopper (SHOP) page, and it pre-populates the MA Transaction ID field and sets the Search Commodities, Search Inventory, and Search Purchases fields set to No, ensuring buyer can only view and select commodities specifically linked to the chosen Master Agreement.
