Contract Extension

The Contract Extension (CNTRX) page is an optional page that allows users to capture extended contract information, such as:

• Reporting Information

• Sub Reporting Information

• Vendor Information

• Additional Contract Information

• Supervisorial District Served

• Service Planning Areas

• Contract Manager Information

• Contract Analyst Information

The Contract Extension page is used to enter and view contract extended information within the application. Users can view and enter contract extended information, such as Vendor, Board Approval Date, Begin Solicitation Date, Board Agenda Date, and Pending Payment to effectively maintain and monitor their contracts. It can also be used to view contract budget information such as the Start Date and End Date for Reporting Code and Sub Reporting Code that are not available through the Contracts Budget pages.
