Suffix Catalog (SUFFCAT)

The Suffix Catalog (SUFFCAT) page is used to link a Department Commodity or Stock Item to a Supplier Part Number on a Master Agreement (MA) transaction’s catalog and assign each combination to a Purchasing Group/Warehouse. The records on this page are used to determine which Purchasing Groups/Warehouses are allowed to purchase selected Supplier Part Numbers from the specified Master Agreement.
