Vendor Forms

The Vendor Forms page is only accessible to the VSS Administrator role if Unified VSS has been enabled.

This page allows you to specify the Form Name, description, and the location where the actual forms are present. You can customize the location of the forms as per your site requirements. The specific list of forms and other files that you want to make available in the Download Vendor Forms tile of the VSS Welcome page for the public user must be specified on this page. You can make any type of electronic form or file available in the Download Vendor Forms tile of the VSS Welcome page for the public user although these are typically PDF files. However, if you choose to make forms or files of another type available, then users who visit your site must have applications that can open the files. For example, if you choose to make CAD drawings available from the Download Vendor Forms tile of the VSS Welcome page, then users who want to access the file must have an application that can open a CAD file.
