Users can now configure the message that is displayed on the Assistant pop-up when there are no screen guides or videos present for a particular page.
Steps to follow:
Navigate to the Configurable Text (CTEXT) page.
Search for configurable text code ASSISTXT. Select Edit from the row-level menu of the ASSISTXT record.
Set the message in the Configurable Text field, which has rich text support. (The default text is: “We’re Sorry! Currently there are no guided flows or videos available for this page. Please check back later.”)
Users must log out and log back in for changes to take effect.
