The Flow Historic Worklist (FLWHWKLS) page lists the completed tasks for the current assigned role within Advantage.
The following table provides detail on each field displayed in the grid of the Flow Historic Worklist page.

Task Name |
The name of a specified task. |
Code |
The transaction code that is tied to the task. |
Dept |
The associated department code tied to the task. |
ID |
The unique identification key associated with the transaction. |
Task Due Date |
The date when the task must be completed. |
Task Start Date |
The date when the task was started. |
Assignee |
The user that is assigned to the task and can perform activities on the task but is not able to cancel the task. |
Task Owner |
The user to whom the task is assigned and can perform activities on the task and also cancel the task. |
Task Status |
This determines if the task is active or inactive. |
Type |
This is a placeholder for a future feature set. |
Task Id |
The unique identification key that is associated with the task. |
Process Instance Id |
The unique identification key that is associated with the process of the task. |
Task Desc |
The description of the task. |
Form Key |
The unique identification key associated with the form of the task. |
Process Definition Key |
The identification key that is associated with the process definition of the task. |
Note: Advantage Flow is disabled by default and requires an additional license to enable it.
