Purging Expired Alert Notifications

A batch job has been provided to Admin users for purging/deleting alerts by specifying a date for removal of expired alerts.

• The process removes any alerts (from all users) that have an End Date and Time earlier than the specified date and time. These alerts are considered expired.

• The process sends an alert message to all affected users indicating the date prior to which expired alert messages have been removed. Note: This type of alert message can also be removed the next time the batch job is run or can be individually deleted.
