Replace Sensitive Attachments
The Advantage application allows users to replace attachments containing sensitive information on transactions with a Phase of Pending, Final and Historical (Final). You can mark sensitive attachments that need to be replaced from the attachment modal window on the transaction or from the Attachment Management (ATTMGNT) page. On the ATTMGNT page, a process will be started after selecting the Replace Attachment button, which will replace the sensitive attachments with a sample file. The system allows an audit of the processes that are executed by users and the status of each attachment processed from the Attachment Replacement Run Inquiry (ATTRUN) and Replaced Attachments (ATTHIST) pages.
This feature can be enabled/disabled from a property on ERP Application Parameter (ERPCTRL) page as shown below:

This parameter is used to enable/disable the replace sensitive attachment feature. The default value is set to false. To enable the feature, the parameter value should be set to true. |

Once this feature is enabled, the option to mark/un-mark an attachment as sensitive will appear on the attachment modal on transactions with a Phase of Pending, Final and Historical (Final). Once the sensitive attachments are marked for replacement on the attachment modal, they will be available on the grid on the Attachment Management (ATTMGNT) page.
Note: This feature is only applicable to the attachments which are not uploaded to ECM.
