Report Schedule

The Report Schedule (RPRTSCH) page serves as a centralized interface for managing report schedules within the application. This page also provides the ability to manage schedules efficiently. Using the row-level menu, authorized users can perform the following actions:

  • View – Inspect details of the selected schedule.

  • Edit – Modify schedule configurations such as frequency, interval, destination details, and report parameters.

  • Start Run – Execute the schedule immediately.

  • Enable/Disable – Activate or deactivate the schedule as needed.

  • Delete – Remove the schedule from the system.

This functionality ensures complete control over report scheduling and execution.

The fields listed below are available in the grid section after performing a search/filter.

Field

Description

Schedule Name

The name assigned to the schedule, aligned with the configuration in the Microsoft Azure Logic application. Schedule names must be unique and contain no spaces; the system will prevent saving and display an error if a duplicate name is entered.

Report Name

The name of the report as defined on the Power BI Service.

Frequency

Specifies the type of frequency configured for the schedule.

Status

Status of the schedule either as Enabled or Disabled based on the state aligned with the Microsoft Azure Logic application.

Workspace Name

The name of the workspace that contains the reports.

Target Destination

Denotes the report delivery location(s) by checking OneDrive, Email, or both while creating or editing a schedule.
