The Sofia Configuration (SOFIACNF) page enables you to map intents to a certain business role in Sofia. It also allows you to add/update the Sofia dialog flow and business role mapping. This page displays the list of all available Sofia dialog flows and lists the mapping of a business role to a Sofia dialog flow.
The Create Sofia Configuration page is accessed by selecting the Create button on the SOFIACNF page; the Edit Sofia Configuration page is accessed by selecting the Edit row-level action for an existing record on the SOFIACNF page.
Map a Sofia dialogue flow to a Business Role:
Click the Create button on the SOFIACNF page to create a new mapping of dialogue flow to a business role. The Create Sofia Configuration page appears.
Provide a name for the Sofia dialogue flow and its description in the Sofia Configuration tab.
Navigate to the Sofia Configuration and Business Role tab and click the + icon displayed in the grid to provide the Business Role ID that needs to be mapped to the specified dialogue flow. Click the Save & Close button.
The Sofia dialogue flow is mapped to the provided Business Role ID successfully.
Note: The Active check box on the SOFIACNF page should be selected to make sure that the intent mapped to the business role is displayed in Sofia once the user re-logs in and launches Sofia for the mapped business role.
