View All Reports
The View All Reports (RPRTALL) page displays the list of all reports accessible to the user based on BI Folder Security. The advantage of this page is to search and view all reports across folders using wildcard search. The admin user will be able to see all reports.
The View All Reports (RPRTALL) page provides the capability to download reports. The Download action is available for each report under the row-level menu within the grid. The maximum allowable file size for download is controlled through the adv30params.ini configuration file.
The Download action is available only to authorized users based on the security configuration.
