Mileage
Mileage records are used to record the mileage details related to expected or actual mileage costs when a traveler uses their personal vehicle. As there are always two segments of mileage, it is a procedural rule whether individual mileage segments are required, or a single record is acceptable.
The following field details have been provided for the fields that are not self-evident and for some that may be but there are important details to note.
