Collaboration is the optional routing of transactions in Draft phase to various users for editing or verifying the transactions before submitting them to Pending or Final phase. Unlike workflow that is automatic in being invoked and in routing, collaboration is only triggered by a user that selects the Collaboration action from the transaction-level menu and then chooses from one or more collaborators or collaborator groups.
