Cafeteria Plan Fund Balance
The Cafeteria Plan Fund Balance (CPFB) page used to support manual user updates to the paid out amount (YTD Cleared Amount) from Cafeteria Clearing Fund.
Updates on CPFB is allowed to YTD Employee Benefit Amount, YTD Cleared Amount and Deduction Applied Amount for existing data.
When the Deduction Applied Amount is updated for an existing record, the application adds the Deduction Applied Amount entered to the YTD Cleared Amount.
The Benefits Available YTD field is recalculated and populated each time the record is saved using the formula (YTD Employee Benefit Amount - YTD Cleared Amount).
