Employee Benefits Enrollment Wizard Inquiry (QBEN)

The Employee Benefits Enrollment Wizard Inquiry (QBEN) inquiry page allows you to view an employee’s current Benefits Enrollment information that is in progress state. 

The Employee Benefits Enrollment Wizard Inquiry (QBEN) inquiry page contains the following tabs:

EmployeeEmployee

The Employee tab displays the Enrollment Type, Total Employee Cost, Total Employer Cost, and Cafeteria Contribution Available for the employee’s enrollment.

Benefits EnrolledBenefits Enrolled

The Benefits Enrolled tab displays the employee’s current benefit selection in the Benefits Wizard along with details pertaining to each benefit. Benefits can be filtered by Coverage Type.

Personal DeductionsPersonal Deductions

The Personal Deductions tab displays benefits the employee has selected on the Personal Deductions tab of the Benefits Wizard or in the Personal Deductions Wizard.

Benefits WaivedBenefits Waived

The Benefits Waived displays  shows benefits the employee has waived in the Benefits Wizard and the Waive Incentive Amount if applicable.
