Cafe 2 (CAFE2)

If the Special Routine ID is Cafe 2 (CAFE2), the Employer Contribution calculation is based on a percentage of an employee’s monthly salary. A guaranteed minimum amount, as well as a maximum amount can be specified in Amount/Percent 1 and Amount Percent 2 fields.

• Amount/Percent 1 is Minimum amount, Amount.

• Amount/Percent 2 is Maximum amount, Amount.

• Amount/Percent 3 is Percent of salary, Percent.

• Amount/Percent 4 (not used in the calculation).

• Amount/Percent 5 is Frequency (1 = Annual, 12 = Monthly, 24 = semi-monthly, 26 = biweekly, and 52 = weekly frequency).
