Deleting Deduction/Benefit Trigger Line/ Session

To delete a line or delete a session of Deduction or Benefit Trigger using the Personnel Action Wizard Trigger Management (PAWTG) activity folder perform the following steps:

1. Open the PAWTG activity folder, and use the Filters tool to search an appropriate employee.

2. Select the Deduction/Benefit Trigger tab. The triggers that were created by the wizard to expire deductions and benefits are displayed.

3. Click on the Related Action field of the appropriate line on the grid and select Delete Line to delete an individual trigger.

4. Select Delete Session to delete all triggers for a session by providing the Session Number.  

5. Click Close to exit the Personnel Action Wizard Triggers Management (PAWTG) activity folder.
