Reviewer Feedback

  • Reviewers can be workflow approvers who need to approve the Evaluation like an HR person or the evaluator’s manager.

  • An employee who is being evaluated, does not have access to the Reviewer Feedback step on the Evaluation wizard. This step is available for the Manager once the assessment is complete for requesting review on the evaluation.

  • The left-hand panel has an option to select the Reviewer. The number of reviewers allowed is depends on the configuration. Only once the first review is completed then the second review can be initiated. In case where there are two reviewers already defaulted, managers can request feedback from the second reviewer only when the first review loop is completed.

  • Based on the site configurations, there can be reviewers automatically defaulted. Managers can edit or add reviewers based on configuration.

  • Once the Reviewer is selected, the name, picture and title of the reviewer is displayed. Below the title, status of the review request is displayed.

  • The review request can be deleted if it is in Feedback Pending or Feedback Not Requested for a long time. The Manager role user has a delete option available in case they want to delete the review request pending feedback. If review request is in Feedback Not Requested state, manager can also edit the Reviewer by using the Pencil icon.

  • The Reviewer if in the Employee role can access the request from the Performance Journey carousel page - 360 Degree Feedback and Review Requests tile. When logged in with the Manager role, they can access the requests from Reviewer Feedback Requests page or Reviewer Feedback Request quick link on the Home page.

  • Reviewers can also request for some updates by the Evaluator, in this case the evaluation goes back to the evaluator and evaluation status changes from Pending Review Feedback to Assessment in Progress. Now the Evaluator can make requested amendments and send the review request back to the reviewer. Once reviewed, either a second review in workflow can be initiated or evaluation can be released to employee for sign off.
