Soft Clock Home page
The Soft Clock Home page looks and feels like a clocking device, but is accessible within Advantage rather than a hardware clocking device. It allows you to perform several functions such as clock in or out, view past punches, perform a missed punch, view timesheets, view schedule, view leave balance, request leave, and view/certify the current timesheet.

Clock In or Clock Out - An option to Clock In or Clock Out is available, based on the last action.

View Past Punches - Allows you to view and edit punch information.

Missed Punches - Allows you to perform the action needed if you forgot to clock in or out.

View Timesheet - Allows you to view your timesheets.

View Schedule - Allows you to view your schedule.

Leave Balance - Allows you to view your leave balance.

Leave Request - Allows you to submit a leave request.

Current Timesheet - Allows you to view your current timesheet and certify it.
Clock In or Clock OutClock In or Clock Out
When logging into Soft Clock, the Home page displays the option to Clock In or Clock Out based on your last action. For example, if your last action was Clock Out, the Home page will display Clock In. An option to select Event and Accounting Override is also available.
View Past PunchesView Past Punches
This option allows you to view and edit punch information.
For quick filter, the Last 7 Days, Last 15 Days, or Last 30 Days options can be selected to return results. Additionally, you can further filter by Missed Punches. This will return only records that are missing a Time In or Time Out.
Missed PunchesMissed Punches
This option allows you to perform the action needed if you forgot to clock in or out. For example, if your last action was Clock In, the Home page will display Clock Out. However, if you forgot to Clock Out and now need to clock in as it’s the next day. By using the Missed Punch quick link, you can Clock In or vice versa, if you forget to Clock In, Missed Punches will have the option to Clock Out.
View TimesheetView Timesheet
This option allows you to view your timesheet information. After selecting View, a simplified version of the timesheet is displayed showcasing Event, Location, Day totals, Total Hours, and Time In/Out information.
Note: To access other tabs on the Timesheet within HRM such as Equipment Usage, you will need to be in a different role other than Clock User.
View ScheduleView Schedule
This option allows you to view the total scheduled hours for each day, including shift related start and end times that are configured for your schedule. Leave or Overtime requests are also displayed.
Leave BalanceLeave Balance
This option allows you to view your leave balance information by displaying the different categories of leave balance available to you.
Leave RequestLeave Request
This option allows you to make requests for time off. These transactions can be passed through workflow to supervisors, who then approve or decline these requests.
Current TimesheetCurrent Timesheet
This option allows you to view your current timesheet information and certify it, if available.
