CCOMP Profile
The CCOMP Profile (CCPR) page provides the ability to define and maintain codes that are permissible combinations of Client Compensation plans and pay types, and provides fields to set up the control of pay and leave for compensatory time. This page is used to group employees who follow the same Client Compensation rules.
Field InformationField Information
The CCOMP Profile reference page contains the following fields:
Field Name |
Field Description |
Category |
If the CCOMP profile permits payment for compensatory time earned, enter the appropriate pay category code, defined on the Pay and Leave Category (CATG) reference page. This field is required if the amount entered in the Max Leave Accrued Hours field is greater than zero. Otherwise, this field should be left blank. |
Event Type |
If the CCOMP profile permits payment for compensatory time earned, enter the appropriate event type code for the leave time to be accrued. The code must be valid on the Pay and Leave Events (EVNT) page with the Event Type ID set to Leave Type. The category in which this pay type resides must also have an Event Type ID of Leave Type. This field is required if the amount entered in the Max Leave Accrued Hours field is greater than zero. Otherwise, this field should be left blank. |
Max Client Compensation Paid Hours |
The maximum number of hours of compensatory time that can be paid out for this CCOMP profile. If both Max Leave Accrued Hours and Max Client Compensation Paid Hours are entered, the employee may accrue leave compensation only until the Max Client Compensation Paid Hours value is reached. Once the Max Client Compensation Paid Hours value is reached, the employee cannot accrue any more leave for that profile period. |
Max Leave Accrued Hours |
The maximum number of hours of compensatory time which can be accrued for this CCOMP profile. Once this maximum is reached, the system pays out the CCOMP premium in dollars instead of compensatory time (using the CCPR Pay Type). |
Offset Event Type |
If the CCOMP profile permits overtime to be accrued as compensatory time rather than pay, enter the event type used to reverse the amount originally associated with the overtime. The code must be valid on the Pay and Leave Events (EVNT) page with the Event Type ID set to Event Type. The category in which this pay type resides must also have an Event Type ID of Event Type. This field is required if the amount entered in the Max Leave Accrued Hours field is greater than zero. Otherwise, this field should be left blank. |
Pay Type |
The identification code associated with the pay event that is used in paying the CCOMP overtime premium. The code must be valid on the Pay and Leave Events (EVNT) page with the Event Type ID set to CCOMP Pay Type. The category in which this pay type resides must also have an Event Type ID of CCOMP Pay Type. The pay type in this field can vary for different CCOMP profiles, if the pay types have different minimum wages specified on the Pay and Leave Events (EVNT) page. |
Plan Type |
The identification code associated with the CCOMP Plan Type, defined on the FLSA and Client Compensation Hours (FCHR) reference page. |
Work Cycle |
The identification code associated with the CCOMP Work Cycle, defined on the FLSA and Client Compensation Work Cycle (FCWK) reference page. |
