Employee Payroll History Inquiry

The Employee Payroll History Inquiry (QPHI) page provides the ability to view the employee’s pay history and per diem over time. It displays all the pay parameters for the employee being searched for, irrespective of whether the event type being configured as Base Salary Event or Other Base Salary Event under the Salary Event field on the Pay and Leave Events (EVNT)page. The salary displayed is calculated based on the Amount/Percent Indicator configuration defined for the pay parameter.

The QPHI page contains the following tabs -

  1. Employee - The Employee tab displays the basic details for the employee being searched, including:

  • Name

  • Selection Date

  • Employment Status

  • Pay Class

  • Title and Sub Title

  • And other relevant assignment details

  1. Pay Rate - The Pay Rate tab displays the pay amounts for each time slice, based on the configured event type and the newly configured pay policy rates
This helps provide clarity on the amount the employee is being paid under each event for a given time slice.

  2. Pay Summary - The Pay Summary tab aggregates and displays the total amounts across different pay events for each time slice, allowing for a consolidated view of the employee's pay.
Sites can choose to display these tabs based on their requirements by enabling them through Configure Page (Designer).
