Retro Trigger Inquiry

The Retro Trigger Inquiry (RTRGINQ) inquiry page allows users to search and review retroactive adjustments while the retroactive batch processes are in progress and before the retroactive data is finalized. This inquiry page captures the status of a retroactive trigger using the following retroactive status:

• Retro Trigger Created - indicates a retroactive trigger was submitted for an employee.

• Retro Run Pending - indicates the retroactive trigger was selected for retroactive processing and a retro run number was assigned.

• Retro Recalculated - indicates retroactive adjustments are calculated.

• Retro Finalized - indicates the retroactive adjustment were finalized and ready for payroll processing.

Users can search on the inquiry page by Employee ID, Home Department, Home Unit, Retro Status, Pay Type, Retro Type ID, Retro Run Number, Retro Trigger Dates, or Payroll Number.
Note: This inquiry page currently supports Retro Trigger Types - FLSA Work Cycle, Pay Cycle and Pending Pay Only.
