Run Control Register Management
The Run Control Register Management (REGRUN) activity folder allows you to view changes in financial position resulting from payroll runs. This includes run, pay cycle, payroll number, payroll group, pay location, category, event, and deduction type totals. These totals are broken down by gross pay, fringe pay, reimbursable expenditures, deductions, fringe deductions, and FICA covered wages. The financial information also includes opening balance, current activity, cancellations, adjustments, and closing balance.
Open the Run Control Register Management (REGRUN) activity folder and then use the search tool to specify search parameters.
This activity folder has the following available tabs:
GTN Run SummaryGTN Run Summary
Use the GTN Run Summary tab to view the summary of the GTN run.
This tab contains the following row-level actions:
Run Control Detail - This action displays the Run Control Detail page.
View Pay Summary Information - This action displays the Pay Register Management (REGPAY) page.
View Check Summary Information - This action displays the Check Register Management (REGCHK) page.
View Deduction Summary Information - This action displays the Deduction Register Management (REGDED) page.

Use the GTN Run summary Pay tab to view the pay summary and expense details after GTN run.
