Additional Employee Attributes- Small (AATS)

This Additional Employee Attributes- Small transaction is configurable up to 40 fields. It allows you to enter and track information for the employee that is not set on existing transactions. Either the Additional Employee Attributes- Small (AATS) or Additional Employee Attributes- Large (AATL) transactions can be used to enter additional information but is not used for any processing within Advantage.

Sites can use extensibility to rename fields, hide unused fields, move fields, group the fields, and so forth to tailor to specific needs.

Personnel Action (PACT) reference page has a flag Trigger Additional Employee Attributes- Small, when any Employee Status Maintenance Transaction (ESMT) is created with a PACT code that has this flag as True, then Additional Employee Attributes - Small (AATS) transaction gets generated automatically.
