Additional Title Attributes (ATITL)

The Additional Title Attributes (ATITL) transaction provides the ability to capture extended, and customizable information associated with a Title and Sub-Title. This transaction is particularly useful when standard title or sub-title fields are insufficient to represent the full scope of information needed for classification, reporting, or operational decision-making.

The ATITL transaction includes up to one hundred configurable fields. All user-defined fields are optional and may be configured according to specific business requirements. The interface is designed with a structured layout to facilitate intuitive data entry, while the broad range of available fields supports thorough and accurate documentation of title-related attributes. This transaction plays a key role in enhancing data quality, enabling better reporting, and supporting strategic workforce planning.

Sites can use Extensibility to rename fields, hide unused fields, move fields, group the fields, and so forth to tailor to specific needs.
