Appreciation Category

The Appreciation Category page defines the different categories according to which different types of Appreciations can be grouped into. Clients can define their own categories such as Reward, Applaud, Milestone Achiever, and Rockstar performer, and associate it to one of the relevant appreciation category icons. While configuring this page, remember to create unique combinations for appreciation category, icon and description.

Field InformationField Information

The Appreciation Category page contains the following fields:

Field Name	Field Description
From	The date this information becomes effective. This field should be entered in mm/dd/ccyy format.
To	The last date this information is effective. The default value for the operating system is 12/31/9999, which indicates the latest available date.
Appreciation Category	This field defines the code associated with the different categories to be used for the Appreciation. While configuring this page, remember to create unique combinations for appreciation category, icon and description.
Appreciation Icon	This field allows you to select the icons for the defined appreciation category.
Short Description	This field captures the description for the Appreciation Category.
