Automatic Notification for Employee Evaluations
CGI Advantage HRM provides the ability to automatically generate and send out Email notifications to employee's evaluator, case officer or HR administrator reminding them of the pending and past due performance evaluations.
The Parameters for Performance Management Notification (PPMN) contains information such as Department (Required), Unit (required), HR Recipient Email(s), Evaluator ID(s), Day Increments (required), Email Template ID (required), HR Email Template ID (required), Past Due Email template (required), Past Due HR Email Template and Due Days Lag (required). This information is then used along with the process run date for processing. All EPEV transactions that are in the phase of draft and not submitted and meet criteria entered in PPMN are processed and appropriate Email notifications are sent out.
