Civil Service Authorization (QCSA)

The Civil Service Authorization (QCSA) inquiry page allows you to search through available Civil Service attribute combinations. This can be used to determine if a department has the ability (based on positions authorized and encumbrances) to make a specific type of appointment. You can narrow down the search by entering the From, Title, Civil Service Appointing Authority, Civil Service Jurisdiction Class, Variance Option, or Selection Option in the search criteria.
