This field indicates what region the Civil Service Division is associated to. |
Civil Service QCSA Column 1 |
This field sets the processing level threshold for use in calculating the Total Permanent FTE percentage. |
Civil Service QCSA Column 2 |
This field sets the processing level threshold for use in calculating the Total Contracted FTE percentage. |
Civil Service QCSA Column 3 |
This field sets the processing level threshold for use in calculating the Active NoTemp FTE percentage. |
Civil Service QCSA Column 4 |
This field sets the processing level threshold for use in calculating the Active Paid FTE percentage. |
Civil Service Deletes Allowed |
This check box identifies when Employee Civil Service Status (ECIV) transactions are allowed to be deleted. |
Civil Service Subsystem Site |
Civil Service Subsystem Site When this check box is selected, all appointments must pass the various civil service edits logic that determines what kind of messages occur when totals exceed the number of authorized positions. |
Civil Service Use Stored Total |
This field determines whether the Civil Service Total Table (CSTO) stored values are used within the Civil Service Editor program for maintaining an employee’s civil service profile used by Employee Status Maintenance (ESMT) and Employee Civil Service Status (ECIV) transactions. |
CSTA Update By PSMT/PAMT |
This check box indicates whether Position Status Maintenance (PSMT) processing logic should trigger automatic updates to the Civil Service Titles Authorized (CSTA) page. If checked, PSMT updates existing records and create new records on CSTA. |
Title Entry Date ESMT Maintain |
When this check box is selected, the Seniority Date on the Employee Civil Service Status (ECIV) transaction is set by using the value on the Employee Status Maintenance (ESMT)/ECIV transactions. |
ECIV Allowed Max From Date |
When populated, the From date on Civil Service Titles Authorized (CSTA) cannot be greater than the date entered on this field. Otherwise, an error occurs preventing the CSTA from being saved. |
