Civil Service Titles Authorized
The Civil Service Titles Authorized (CSTA) page defines the maximum number of full time equivalents (FTEs) authorized to be employed by a given Appointing Authority, Jurisdiction Class, and Title.
When the CSTA Update By PSMT/PAMT check box on Civil Service Division (CDIV) is selected, the CSTA table is updated automatically when the Title, Sub-Title, or Position Status on Position Status Maintenance (PSMT) transaction are changed:
