Data Archiving Parameters

The Data Archiving Parameters page provides a user friendly access point to set rules for archiving data. 

This page allows the system administrators to set data archive and purge, processing parameters for the Check Archiving, Employee Archiving, and Leave Archiving batch jobs. The Data Archiving Parameters page allows multiple instances of the parameter (for example, multiple parameter lines) to be added, deleted, and saved to a table. Hence, when a user runs a job, they can run it for one or multiple parameter combinations. The Data Archiving Parameters page can also be opened by the Check Archiving, Employee Archiving, and Leave Archiving batch jobs in Job Manager, where the system administrator can verify these parameters before submitting the archive job.
