Employee Evaluation Batch Process

In Advantage HRM, the Employee Evaluation batch process is used for initiating Employee Evaluation (EVAL) transactions. This job can be run to create evaluation transactions in mass based on multiple parameters.

Based on the effective system date, input parameters of this job, and information obtained from the Performance Type reference table records, each selected Employee Assignment record is processed to create EVAL transactions. After selecting Employee Assignment records within range of the Start Date and End Date parameters, all information required for EVAL transaction generation is fetched. Using the Performance Type data, the Employee Assignment data is used to create the EVAL records, which can be inserted in <EVAL_DOC_HDR>.
