Engagement Form

The Engagement Form (ENGMF) is generated in the process of succession planning when the administrator finds a candidate who suits the requirements for succession and recommends the candidate. The engagement form needs to be agreed/ accepted by the employee and can be used by the successor and admin to track the succession plan progress. This form can be accessed by the employee from the performance Journey carousel - Engagement Form tile. Few fields are available for candidate and rest are for administrative purpose.
Employees can view and manage their Engagement Forms through the Engagement Form tile on Performance Journey carousel (MEIPERFJ). They can search for forms by status (Accepted, Initiated, or Declined). Employees can accept or decline a succession plan by updating the form's status. Additionally, employees can attach or update their resume, add comments, and make other modifications to the form. Few fields are available for candidate and rest are for administrative purpose.

Field Description

Plan Type

This field defines the plan type of the recommended candidate it can either Position or Sub-title.

Position ID

This field defines Position ID of the candidate.

Department

This field defines the candidate’s department.

Unit

This field defines the candidate’s unit.

Status

This field displays the candidate’s Engagement Form status. This field has the five values from Admin side for example, Accepted, Cancelled, Declined, Initiated, Withdrawn.

This field has the three values from Employee side for example, Accepted, Initiated, Rejected.

Employee Comments

This field allows employees to add comments.

Resume

This field allows employees to attach their resume.

Ready in

This field displays the Recommendation Ready in Years value. This field has four values for example, Now, 0-1 year, 1-2 year, 2+ year.

Match Percentage

This field displays the candidate’s match percentage. The entered value should be whole number.

It takes values from 0 to 100.

Ranking

This field is used to rank the candidate among the Recommended Candidates.

This field should be in numerical form.

Future Leader

This field should be checked when the employee is having Future Leader qualities.

High Potential

This field should be checked when the employee is having High Potential.

Diversity Candidate 

 This field should be checked when the employee is Diversity Candidate.

Admin Comments 

This field allows Admin to add comment for the Recommended Employee.

Engagement Form CarouselEngagement Form Carousel

When a candidate gets recommended the Engagement Form is generated. The candidate can navigate to MEIPERFJ (Performance Journey), Engagement Form tile to access and update the engagement form.

As an employee user, candidate can search the generated forms which are in Accepted, Initiated and Rejected status. 

Candidate can choose to accept or decline the succession plan by updating the Status drop-down in Engagement Form. In this form the candidate can attach their resume and update other details. If the candidate wants to update the existing resume attached, they need to select the updated one and upload and it replaces the existing resume.

If a user login as Admin, under the Engagement Form tab user can search the generated forms for a particular employee with all different status values example, Accepted, Cancelled, Declined, Initiated, and Withdrawn.
