Goal Library
This page defines the goals/expectations for the employee, which is used for performance assessment. Sites can use this page to create a library of expectations, which can belong to different categories. Sites can also use external libraries to pull in Expectations/KPI/ KRA, which they want to use for their organization.
The page can be used to define Goals in a very objective way by defining the detailed Goal descriptions and by defining a very objective way on how it can be measured.

The Goal Library page contains the following fields:

The date this information becomes effective. This field should be entered in mm/dd/ccyy format. |
To |
The last date for which this information is effective. The default value for the operating system is 12/31/9999, which indicates the latest available date. |
Goal |
This defines the code for the Goal. It will be used on the Evaluation Wizard to set the objectives to assess employee’s performance. |
Short Description |
This provides the short description for the Goal. |
General Catalog |
When users are adding custom individual goals, the goals marked as General Catalog goals in the Goal Library will be available for all users, regardless of Department, Unit or Performance policy. |
Goal Description |
This allows you to define the detailed definitions of the goal, which will be used for the Performance Assessment. |
Definition of Measurement |
This allows you to define the detailed definitions of measurement for the Goal. As per the definition, Employees Performance can be assessed. |
