Identify Talent Pool
The Identify Talent Pool feature assists in succession planning by allowing administrators to identify potential candidates based on specific criteria.
This wizard-based process consists of four steps:
Requirements CriteriaRequirements Criteria
This tab defines selection criteria including License and Certifications, Competencies, Education Qualification, Training, and organizational requirements. The Requirements Criteria tab infers the information’s from the Succession Plan (SCSR) page for the particular Position or Employee or Subtitle. Additional requirements can be added on this page. This tab displays the requirements for the particular Succession Type.

This field defines the required Licenses and Certifications for a Position or a Sub-Title. |
Competencies |
This field defines the required competency. |
Training |
This field defines the required trainings. |
Educational Qualification |
This field defines the required educational qualification. |
Required |
This field defines whether the requirement is a must have or optional. The valid values for this field are: Must have or Optional. |
Organizational |
This field is used to identity the talents inside the Organizations. This field contains the fields like Department, Title, Subtitle, Position Number. |
Evaluate CriteriaEvaluate Criteria
This tab displays a list of candidates matching the defined criteria.

Candidates |
This field specifies the number of candidates match found based on all the requirements criteria. The number of candidates match should be greater than 0 to move for the next tab. If value is equal to 0 then it will not allow user to continue to the next step. If the shortlisted candidates are more than 100, user need to adjust the search criteria in step 1 to keep below 100 to be able to continue to the next step. |
License and Certifications |
This field specifies the number of candidates matches for License and Certifications. |
Competencies |
This field gives the number of candidates matches for the competencies. |
Educational Qualification |
This field specifies the number of candidates matches for the educational qualification. |
Trainings |
This field specifies the number of candidates matches for the trainings. |
Provide details of candidates meeting the specified requirements. The row-level menu allows users to view employee information or recommend the candidate for succession.
At least one candidate must be selected for Recommendation to continue to the next step.
Recommended SuccessorRecommended Successor
Upon recommending a candidate, an engagement plan is initiated to manage employee agreement and track succession details.
On the Recommended Successor tab the Dashboard button is enabled for the admin user, which provides the visual representation of various succession parameters. The admin can view the recommended successors who are active for the succession plan related to Position, Employee or Sub-Title.

A link for Succession Plan to Evaluation that gets created to track goals for achieving this succession requirement. |
